Viswesh T is the Co-founder and Ceo of Chandramuditta Overseas Trade LLP. He holds a Postgraduate MBA degree in Human Resources and International Marketing from IIPM College. In addition to his role at Chandramuditta, he is a co-partner at Advaithika Nirman, an infrastructure company, where he has gained extensive experience in infrastructure management, civil works, marketing, and branding. Viswesh has also developed hands-on expertise in the exports business, leveraging his multidisciplinary experience to lead strategic growth initiatives, establish global trade networks, and ensure operational efficiency. His diverse background enables him to effectively bridge infrastructure, logistics, and international trade.

Vishnu comes from a civil engineering background and has served as Operations Head at a leather manufacturing company based in Bangalore. His experience spans production supervision, supply chain coordination, and vendor management. His practical understanding of manufacturing operations and logistics contributes significantly to the day-to-day operations of the export business.

Tejaswini holds a PG degree in MBA (Port & Shipping Management) from the Indian Maritime University, Chennai. She is currently the Vice President of Operations at Rippey AI, an artificial intelligence firm, where she has driven 250% revenue growth within two years. With over 11 years of experience in operational management, customer experience, and project execution, she brings robust expertise in shipping, port operations, and team leadership.
